Does notice for FP2 mean that security checks have been cleared?

Does anyone have an answer? My lawyer informed me that since I got a request for FP2, that my case was pulled from the file and that necessary security checks and eligibility criteria were cleared. Otherwise, they would not have sent the FP2 notice.

Hopefully they must have been completed, but it is not a necessity. They might have send it because the FPs do expire in 15 months (strangely!) and they do need to valid FP's results before they can adjudicate the case!

Not True. I have seen people who have pending name check and done with FP1 and FP2

My name check is still pending but have FP1 and FP2..

there is no rule in INS
