My rd is Nov 8 2001 but my application was misplaced in the anthrax scare and found later, therfore my ND is Feb 4 2002, my EAC is 02-111-5XXXX >
Will my application be processed with Nov filer's or with Feb files??
I see that in recent threads emphasis is placed on the EAC numbers.(digits 3,4 and 5) which generally corresponds to the ND

What is the RD as per your I485 receipt

notice? If it is Nov 8th 2001 then ur file will be procesed with Nov filers. Just my 2 cents ...

Looks like INS picks up file on the basis of RD. Wish you all the best.
 
ND

I am seeing a strong correllation between ND and AD's in the approvals in the last few days. Most of the approvals have the ND in first week of november, irrespective of RD's.

Of course correlations dont prove anything, but that's the only commanility I can see between the approvals in the past week
