Q1) Me and my wife is applying for EAD. I am on H1 and my wife is on F1. Attorney told me when we get EAD , my daughter\'s H4 is no longer valid and she will have to apply for Advanced Parole ? Is it true ?
Q2) For my daughter, can I put my signature since she is just 2yr old. ? In her medicals , I wrote her name and put (father ) in brackets. This is what I was asked to do by the civil surgeon office.
Q3) My wife is working on campus as a part time tutor. I put all her details and earnings. Any one who is in the same situation please send your advise on this....
