Does Mumbai Consulate accepts Attorney Certified CP

Does Mumbai Consulate accept E3 cases for AC-140. My I-140 got approved and I am planning to file for I-824 and then send P3. Would you throw some light on this.

Yes, Mumbai still accepts AC I-140 cases!!!

Although they specify in their Website they accept E3 cases on a more selected basis i haven\'t seen any case Mumbai hasn\'t accepted.So you should be fine applying for I-824 and following AC I-140 path.

Hi,

Look in immihelp.com under Consular Processing -Attorney certified processing.Also read the state department memo in that section.You will know what actually Attorney certified processing is, from that.
Also go to Mumabi Consulate Web site and read their explanation about how they handle Pending employment based cases.Also refer to the "Possible Mumbai March interview tracker thread" in this site where you can know what all the documents required for AC I-140.
