Does medicals Expire ??

As per my understanding FP expires after 15 months of the 1st FP.

Is there any expiry date for Medicals ??

My lawyer told me medicals expire after 180 days. Someone else mentioned 12 months. But it's all up to your case officer....

Medical Exam expiry is relevant to only submission. When you apply for 485, the medical exam report should not be more than 12 months old. Once you submit, BCIS doesn't care anymore.

If there is an RFE relevant to medical exam, you need submit the report which is not more than 12 months old.

If they expire in 12 months, then everyone of us would have got 2nd medical exam notice, as it is happening with FPs now.
