Does LUD change same day Bio 3 is done?

I did my Bio code 3 today and just noticed the LUD changed later today. Does the LUD change when Bio is done and probably sent to TSC or the officer was doing something else to my application?

I think fingerprint and name check take between 24h to 48h..of course if everything clear.
sametimes you may found you name check allready been done and cleared.
