Does LUD change after FP notice is issued?

Hi..I created an online portfolio at USCIS..my i-140 was approved and I'm waiting for my fingerprint notice

My question is, when my 1st FP notice is sent to me, will the online LUD change? (not after I send in my fingerprints)

NO it doesnt change when they send it. Only when they receive it, it will change(which hasnt changed for many also).

Yes. In my wife's case message is still this.

On October 21, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
