Guys,

here is a question for you. Please help. My girlfriend just filed her I-485 2 months ago for an asylum adjustment. She filed it from Missouri, her current state. Now she is moving to Boston. Once she moves to Boston, there are alot more asylum applicants in massachusets. Is it going to delay the processing of her case significantly?
Thanks,y'all.

All asylees file their I-485 in Nebraska Service Center. All cases are processed according to ND dates without any relations to where an applicant lives. At this point her location doesn't matter. However when she files N-400 for neturalization she'll file it at local USCIS office and that's when location does matter since different district offices have different processing dates.
