Does labor sustitution allowed for approved I140???

Hello,

I got 140 approval and if I resign from the current company. New company will start my GC processing.

Current company is big corporation Can company use my labor after 140 approval for somebody else?

No they cannot use the labor now, but they have the power to revoke your I-140.

But I have read some where in this forum that even though they can revoke the I-140 as far as its not against you you can still port your Priority date on revoked I-140.

Yes, to do that they will need to revoke I-140, after that they are free to use LC for somebody else.
