My current company A in India is requiring me to apply for L1 Visa, in the event that I might require to travel to USA.
But another company B in USA is currently processing my H1 and I am interested in joining this company on H1.
If I go to the consulate and get my L1 Visa, will it any way effect the H1 visa in future?
Is it better to refrain from getting the L1 visa? or does it really matter?
