Does KCC save into your file every email that you send to them?

I mean if someone sends KCC an email(with Name, CN and DOB) telling them that there was a mistake in let's say, Q9 of DS 230 I, then they save it into your file.

But what about some other kind of enquiry? Let's say I sent them an email about a mismatch in my POB between DV entry, DS 230 and my BC and asked them whether I'd qualify or not.

They replied as..we don't have the answer, please ask the consulate/embassy.

Would they have saved this email in my file?

Yes, they will save important communications into your file. Once you have mentioned there is a mixmatch in your DOB, they are likely to put this in your file.
