Does the above message means that they have received Name check etc from FBI?

no - finger printing is an ENTIRELY diff matter than name check. Thsi msg means that your finger printing, which is invariably a non-issue, is complete.

No, This only means that your finger printing results are received. Name check inquiry should be done separately to FBI. Search for thread FBI Name Check and you should find format of email that needs to be sent to FBI.
