They are approving many cases without EVL RFE these days.
My lawyer said he would mail it to NSC. If it doesn't have side effects, it doesn't cost me anything except a few minutes to ask my boss to sign on the letter. My only concern is if it has some side effects.Japanese said:I agree with kjkool...not only that, an RFE letter typically comes with a sticker with barcode on it. USCIS requires all RFEs to have this letter with the barcoded sticker to be the coverpage of your evidence. Without this, I am not sure if USCIS can properly identify your support document (i.e. EVL) and add to your case file. In addition, given the disorganization of this agency, I would not even waste your postage unless you are asked to submit it.
