Either its I-485 delays, or its AP delays or EAD's........

Yes! frustration today is at its peak!

I HAVE to travel to India in May and need AP for spouse (pending since OCT 03) byt then and from the current processing it looks like I can just forget about it.
They've not even processed June 03 cases yet!

sorry for the outburst but I soooo hate INS!
Keeping our lives on hold because of a stupid GC!
Is it really worth it?
 
The new processing dates are out. Dec 8th.

In summary nothing is advancing for EB applicants. Looks like it would be necessary to apply for AP and EAD renewals 6 months after the approval, since the wait time is around 6 months.

How soon can you apply for renewal for AP and EAD once its approved?

Talk to your Congressman/Senator and request hardship consideration for eAP. That might do the trick.

Dude, application time is already 6 months for EAD/AP. It will have to increase to 8 - 10 months prior to current EAD/AP expiry soon.
