Does INS work on a Memorial day or what??

My wife's AP WAC-03-119-5XXXX approved today as per the message.

"This case has been approved. On May 26, 2003, an approval notice was mailed"

She got RFE for Marriage certificate in the first week of May.
Hope they work on I-485s in the same way.

My EAD was approved today. RD: Feb 6, 2003, renewal

I DO NOT hope they say this - "now that they have yheir EAD cards, we can take our own sweet time to adjudicate I-485"

May be the EAD work is out sourced to a different country .. so you see approvals in May 26th. ..

Can u tell the RD of the approved AP. I am just waiting for my AP and i would like to know the time it takes for an AP to get approved. Thanks in advance.

Badobo,
RD was 3/6/03, RFE recvd on 5/6/03, reply received by BCIS on 5/13/03.
I think you should receive AP approval within 2 months of RD.
