Does INS send REF for wife after I've got my GC

I was the primary applicant for an employment based GC. I got mine recently. My wife is awaiting her GC.
Does the INS send RFEs for wife's application which is a derivative of mine ?

It's possible. Like incomplete medical report, birth certificate, previous visa status or even primary applicant's income.
