Does "in process" mean my employer replied the confirmation email?

A few hours after submitting the ETA form 9089, my case status changed from "submitted" to "in process", does that mean my employer got the confirmation email and replied it by clicking the link it provided? Does "in process" mean my case is in the right queue?

If my case is selected to be audit, will the case status change? Will my attorney or my employer receive letters about the audit request?

Hello, Did you find answer to your question? I filed for Perm and my status is in process can you tell me what it means. What in process what is next stage.

My company filed for my PERM EB2 yesterday, haven't gotten the confirmation email yet although case shows as "in process". I've read in another thread that in-process status means that case is Ok and moving. Hope to get the conf email soon and get over with that one.
