Does I-140 RFE affect EAD and AP process

Hello,

I got an RFE last week on I140 (ability to pay). The lawyers are preparing docs for the evidence, they may take couple more weeks to send in the evidence.

However, I have AP and EAD pending (for me and my wife). Will the RFE affect the process for AP and EAD.
