Does GreenCard Application influence H1-B application?

My husband has applied greencard (I-140 and I-485 concurrently). He also plan to apply H1-B.

Will that cause trouble for his H1-B application?
I heard somebody's H1-B got rejected because of this.

He is F1 now

He is F1 now and applying NIW (National
Interest Waivor) and I-485 concurrent filing.

He is graduating next year and will apply for
H1-B then.
