Does govt consultant get any benifit during GC processing.

I am a consultant in a DOJ (placed by a private consulting company) and handling important project.

Is there any way to get labor certification fast, if I get any letter from DOJ. Does the reference letter from DOJ will help any way.

Please let me know, if anybody has any suggestion.
