Does FP date drive concurrent processing approvals

I have heard a theory that FP dates drives concurrent approvals
1.cocktail----FP April
2. shishe---FP April
3.OctFiler---FP early May(I think May 8)

So seeing the excel sheet---I think it should be IKnowItall next......Lets see....
Post if you have concurrent filing and FP date in April and still not have got 140 with 485 RFE or approval.Others feedback welcome.

one difference between me and all these guys is that i am in the eb2 category and they were all in eb3 , i dont think they have reached or started touching eb2 cases right now because i havent seen any movement in my cases.

Yes, you are right.

All three cases we saw approved on rupnet.com are from EB3.

I haven't seen any EB2 approval filed in 2004 yet.
