Does Fingerprinting for I-485 holds good for EAD

I had my I-485 Fingerprinting done in April. Applied for EAD in May at VSC Online. They sent RFE for Fingerprinting date and place. I sent the one for I-485 - does that also work for EAD?

EADs now looks like taking longer than usual time to process?
