Does filing I-824 invalidate your I-485???

Actually points number 8 and 9 are not quite clear.

My interpretation for point 9 , is that If USCIS start processing your I824 (which takes more than 6 months), that time you can not maintain AOS. So they are informing you.

So we can utilize those 6 months. I am also quite confused.

Point No. 11 clarify this and we can come back on our H1B/AP.
