Does filing AP need signature card?

Hi friends:

I want to file EAD and AP by myself. Please help me with two questions:

1) Does filing AP need signature card?

2) Does filing EAD need signature card? If yes, where do I get the signature card?

1. Filing AP does not require signature card.

2. For EAD, signature card is no longer required. Download form here: http://www.bcis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/i-765.pdf
