Does EB3 140/485 Concurrent filing in CSC processed by Pilot Program

Hi ,

I have noticed the employment based Concurrent filing cases in CSC are processed through the pilot program and getting the 140/485 approvals so fast with in 4-5 months. The cases that i observed are either EB1 or EB2 but have not noticed any EB3 cases.

I would like to know and hear from someone who have done 140/485 concurrent filing under EB3 and got approved or getting approved quickly in 4-5 months.

Can some one throw some light on the pattern of Eb3 Concurrent filing in CSC.

The pilot is only for EB2 cases - and that too only select cases - not all.

I don't think EB3 is being addressed in this pilot .... maybe someone has other views ??

Can you please send me a link where it states officially that only EB2 cases are processed by Pilot Program. I thought Pilot Program was initially aimed at Family based immigration and not employment based immigration at all.But I was surprised to see the EB2 Employment based cases processed through Pilot Program in California SC.So I wont be surprised if even EB3 140/485 Concurrent filing is processed through Pilot Program in California SC to reduce the work load.

Any one Please correct me if I am wrong.
