Does Eb2/Eb3 matter in AC21 case?

Hi All,
I have a job opportunity to move to Chicago, which I believe comes under NSC. My original labor was done under EB2. The new offer does not ask of adbvanced degree. Do you think EB2/EB3 matters in AC21 case? Please let me know.

max2k1 : I don't think this is the same thread you mentioned. Questions are different (One is for NSC/TSC and other is for EB1/EB2) though matter looks same .

You have not mentioned your status. As far as I know, If you are holding H1B and want to go for AC21 and use EAD , you have to get salary according to LC filed for GC.

Otherwise I don't see any issue with EB1/EB2.
