Its been 157 days since my i589 was filed. Havent been called for any interview. Biometrics was done and that's about it. I have been waiting for interview date since then. Its been hard. I am on F1 status.
Since 150 days have passed , I wish to apply for an EAD. But the big problem is that I have been hearing things that applying EAD under pending Asylum violates F1 and or OPT. Do anyone know anything about this matter? I need a job so bad but I dont want to put my OPT privilege in risk. Please help
