I recently applied for 485 for myself and 485, EAD and AP for my sposue (RD Mar 25th, ND Mar 29). USCIS approved my I-140 OR pending since Aug 2004 on Mar 28.
Our FP (Code 3: Biometrics) were scheduled for Mar 22 and we did on the same date. On Mar 29,our status was updated to FP results recd and processing resumed. By the way some of my finger prints were showing match while others were pass. I don't know what that means.
Today (May 2) my spouse's EAD and AP were approved (email notification, LUD also changed today).
My question is, is the USCIS sending a message that 485 takes a long time by approving EAD and AP. What is the timeframe for 485 approval once the FP results were recd.
