Hi,
This is with regards to sending documents for H-1 visa revalidation to Dept of State.

Does DOS send back any acknowledgment of receipt?

Acknowledgement of receipt from DOS

No!

DOS does not send any acknowledgement. If you send the package by courier you can track it. OR the best way (to be safe) is to send by certified insured mail with return receipt.
