Can any of you folks let me know if I can walk in to the Dallas INS office. Here is my situation. I live in Austin and had applied for Advance Parole 8 months ago. I still have not got it yet. They misplaced my photos twice. I got the latest notification from Dallas office.
I went to San Antonio office and they told me that they do not process AP. Since I got the notification from Dallas office I want to go there to see if they can issue me AP. My Dad is ill so I have to leave for India soon. Your information would be very helpful to me.
