Does concurrent filing mean concurrent processing for Eb2?

Hello:

Back for more help and moral support

My husband and I concurrently filed for I-140 and 485. We received out I-140 about 4 days back but have not heard about 485 and there is no change in the status. We are Eb2/March 04/concurrent. I was wondering if NSC has to process concurrent filing concurrently? Are they obliged to do that?

Is there any law that says concurrent filings be processed concurrently for Eb2s? Is the retrogession only for Eb3s?

There's no rule saying EB2s must be processed concurrently, since the memo of 12/30 withdrew concurrent adjudication without specifying if it only applies to EB2, EB3 etc.
NSC however seems to be still trying to concurrently adjudicate wherever possible.
