I work for a company started in 2004. Currently we have only 10 people in my company.
I work fulltime with this company its a genuine company doing work for state departments in the US.
I am planning to go to India and I have to get my H1 (renewal) stamped this time.
I am worried as my company is only a 10 people company(they dont do consulting),
will it be a problem during stamping?
Please advice. Otherwise I will have to think about going back.
