I got a citation ticket due to fishing without license in 2003. no finger printing or charge or arrest.
But I forgot to mention it in filed I-485. Does it affect my petition? I asked my lawyer (a famous one), he said I should be OK. I am still concerned about my mistake. Does anyone have similar experience and get I-485 approved? Thanks in advance.
