Does change of L1B to L1A status affect the L2 status?

Hi All,

I came to US in L2 Visa( dependent of L1-B), which expires on March 2010.
Now my husbands company wishes to change L1-B to L1-A visa.
How does that affect my L2.Do I need to reapply?
I have an EAD now,which is valid till March 2010.
Does my EAD and L2 become invalid if L1B is changed to L1A?
Please advise what are the steps to be done.
