Does Canada PR stamping process accept return Fedex Service?

Does Canada PR stamping process accept return Fedex Service?

The Canadian consulate - Buffalo requested to mail my passport with in 30 days for Visa stamping. I need my passport back at the earliest. If I enclose return Fedex Envelop, are they sent it back by return Fedex? Usually how log it will take to get it stamped?

Did you use return FEDEX , and did the CIC use it for returning the passports back to you? How long did it take for the passports to come back to you?

Help greatly appreciated.
