Does C-11 Mean 5 In Stead Of 3 Years ???

If I have been a Canadian PR for the last 2 years, does C-11 also mean that I can not apply for citizenship next year? Thanks for your response.

C-11 does not address anything about citizenship, that means there is no change for that. it is only for PR terms.
