Last paragraph says

"As per the proposals in this bill, H-1B workers are eligible for green cards and will be allowed to stay and work in the US for as long as it takes to process the green card application"

Is this true? Any ideas anyone ??????

H-1B workers are eligible for green cards even before S. 2611 and will be allowed to stay and work in the US for as long as it takes to process the green card application even before S.2611.
