Does Authorization Letter for Delhi - P4 collection needs notarization

i read it in one of the discussions, somebody suggesting that give notarized Authorization letter for in-person collection of P4 and appointment letter...
I\'d appreciate feedback/comments from Delhi CPers...
Secondly, does Dr. Jain keeps a copy of the interview letter or do they just need to see it...

1. The peroson picking up the P4 needs to know A. Your NVC Case number and B. Your full name - That is the ONLY requirement to pick up P4. No notorization and authority letters

2. Dr jain does not keep copy of your interview letter. he just needs to see the interview letter to pick out the NVC number that goes on the fomrs that he fill. I did not have my P4 when I went for medical.. I just gave him my NVC number and he did not even ask to see the Interview letter

Harry001 - that is the reason I still hang out here

I know what we all go through trying to get our GC... and how even a small thing can pose as a "Big Risk". I have been there.....
