Does anyone have any experience with the "Last Update" (LUD) when applying for EAD. My LUD on both I140/485 moved recently to July 30, 2004 and I am not sure if it's because of the EAD application.
Does applying EAD touch your LUDs

I think it varies .... since your 140 is not approved yet, there is a good chance EAD adjudiction would touch the existing 140.whorl1quote said:
For cases with pending 140, EADs are issued only if the underlying IV petition is not frivolous - so yeah they might take a peek in that file.....
But as anything with USCIS, all of this is mere speculation .... it might be just co-incidence - you never know
