If you used an attorney when filing AP (by completing a G28), AP would go to the attorney.
Else, it will come to you directly.

G28 is the form you fill out to authorize an attorney to handle your case (so that USCIS may communicate details about your case to the attorney - basically like a limited release authorization)
You would need it only if you want an attorney for that particular case.
 
AP goes to the concern person. I am having lawyer and today I received AP for my family directly from CIS.
