Does anyone know where the job order (work order) should be placed? Can I access it online? I live in CA. Thanks.

Also, how to guess when it is going to expire?

For California it's www.caljobs.ca.gov. The employer needs to provide some documentation prior to getting a log-in and password.

You can set an expiration date for the posting. For PERM it should be set at least 30 days after the post date.

Thanks. Our lawyer does not keep us posted how the PERM preparation is going, so I wanted to know if he has posted it already. Found the ad :), so I hope we are good. Thanks again.

Is there any place where I can find the procedure on perm processing?

I did find one very good description, printed it and now I cannot find it again to show you the link, sorry. Google PERM, most of the attorney sites have descriptions.
