Does anyone know the name change process at USCIS?

What is the process after you mention a name change during interview? Do you have to go to court in anytime before oath ceremony?

To answer you question, no you don't have to go to court before the Oath ceremony. A court order will be handed to you at the Oath ceremony or mailed to you later.

Just to add, some DO (in SF area I think) do not allow name change along with Naturalization. They only do administrative oath, so they can not do name change.
