To answer you question, no you don't have to go to court before the Oath ceremony. A court order will be handed to you at the Oath ceremony or mailed to you later.
Just to add, some DO (in SF area I think) do not allow name change along with Naturalization. They only do administrative oath, so they can not do name change.
