They are open Monday, Thursday 6PM - 8:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM - 12PM other days on the mornings.
You must visit them 2 times. 1 for screening 2 for results. Must pay in cash. You can just walk in and register. No need to call.
You will wait about 2 hours in line (you will seat) due to many immigrants there. But they do everything fast without too much questions or problems.
