Does anybody know if concurrent applications are still being processed concurrently? Do both priority days have to be current?

Yes.. But what are two PDs ?? There is only one PD (The day LC was filed in case of EB2 & 3, & I-140 filed in case of EB-1 / EB-2(NIW) / EB-3(RN).

Sorry for confusion. I did file concurently, but I was told that my I-485 was transfered to a local office and I-140 is still in Vermont. So I have to watch two locations for corrent processing dates. And since they are not together, the cases, I mean, it is a complete mess.
Have no idea what they do with concurrent cases these days.
Oh, and my case is EB1.
