My I-130 had a RFE for my birth certificate to the CSC. They acknowledged receipt of it online the day after the evidence arrived to the service center. I got the standard it takes 999 days to process this, but since the preliminary processing has been completed, it will take less time. My case was filed in June 2002 at the NSC. Does anyone know how long before it is approved as a son of a USC?
Also, immediately after it is approved, I will file the I-485 concurrently with my I-131 and I-765. Does anyone have any tips or time frames for those?
