does anyone know a faster way to get a RTD???

The websites just charge you money and add a single page to the application.
1. Do NOT e-file; you need to send in a paper application
2. Enclose a cover letter, clearly stating in the subject line: Request for EXPEDITED PROCESSING"
3. In the letter, state why you are asking for it: visiting a sick relative, etc
4. If its work related, send the letter from your manager on company letterhead.
