does anyone have same situation for sending new document after interview?

I finished my interview at 11/14
actually it all smooth at the beginning. But examiner who can't accept my birth certificate which from
hospital. she wants household register.She wants me mail it back. That really take me 2 weeks to prepare. I just sent three days ago.

So Does anyone had that experience? How long does it take to respond after receiving my document?
