Does anyone have same problem?

It happened a couple days ago, when I checked my status on line.
It gave me the following message.
The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

When I called the 1800 number, it spoke my current status message to me. Does anyone have same experience?
BTW, my case is

Still waiting, just submit the 3rd EAD application 2 weeks ago.
 
In similar situation

I am getting the exact same message you have got since 9/10. Check phone message. It should work properly. I talked to Customer Service and they told me there is a glitch in BCIS DataBase. I guess we just need to be patient while they are fixing it.

I'm getting the same message for my wife's case, my son and my case are OK. Similar to you the phone message is good for my wife too.

Probably this is a glitch in the BCIS database.
 
Similar case with my receipt number. Talked to someone at 1 800 number, she couldn't find it either. She asked me to write to NSC mentioning my details.
