Does anyone have experience with family memebers being rejected H4 visas unreasonably by a consular? and the consular requested for the presence of H1 holders at the consulate? The consular did not review any of our documents, required and even not required, in both interviews and told my family not to go there any more if I did not go back. Any one knows any good attorneys who have experience dealing with the consulars in China?
