Does anyone filed for 485 at NSC in Jan and got receipt?.

A colleague of mine has a RD of 1/4/02 and ND of 1/9; moreover his EAD was approved on 1/22;

looks like things have speeded up in NSC

Hi vivaite, When was his papers mailed out to NSC?

I mailed the package on 01/03/02, Delivered by USPS on 01/04/02

Got reciept on Jan 21. Its taking about 2 months on an average. Some get it earlier though. So sit tight and wait. You should be getting it in 2 months time. Infact, AP and 765 recipet was sent to me and 485 to my lawyer... Its now taking 360-390 days for 485 at NSC

Mine was sent on 1/3/2002 and got EAD approved on 1/17/2002 but still waiting for receipt for 485
